Who we are

Expedian Holidays is the trading name of , registered in . We are an independent travel agency. No airline, rental company or other travel website owns us, and we are not affiliated with them.

We book flights and car rental. Our advisors use the Amadeus global distribution system to see live airline availability and fares. We earn money from our published service fees and from commissions or margins on some fares. How we make money explains this in full.

If a problem is not resolved

1Ask the advisor to escalate to the desk lead. Every escalation is logged against your booking reference.
2Email support@expedianholidays.com with the subject line “Escalation” and your booking reference. We reply in writing.
3If you are still not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the US Department of Transportation's Office of Aviation Consumer Protection at transportation.gov/airconsumer.
4For a disputed card charge, you also have rights through your card issuer.

Important information

This page covers Expedian Holidays bookings. If you booked directly with an airline or through another agency, that company holds your ticket and handles changes, cancellations and refunds on it. We can still price and book a new trip for you.

We are not an airline. Expedian Holidays does not own, operate or control flights. Every journey is carried out by the operating airline under its own conditions of carriage.

Prices move with live inventory. Airline pricing is dynamic, so a fare can change until a ticket is issued.

A service fee may apply. Where one applies it is part of the total you approve, and it is listed in our published fee schedule.

All charges are disclosed before payment. Nothing is added after you approve the total.

You can verify the booking with the airline. The record locator we give you is the airline's own and works on the airline's website.

We never ask for card details by email or text. Payment happens on a recorded call or on this site, nowhere else.
