Flights to and from Europe

For flights departing the EU or UK, or arriving there on an EU or UK airline, EU Regulation 261/2004 and its UK equivalent can add cash compensation when the airline cancels with less than 14 days' notice or you arrive more than 3 hours late. Amounts range from €250 to €600 depending on distance, unless the airline can show extraordinary circumstances such as severe weather.

Important information

Important information

This page covers Expedian Holidays bookings. If you booked directly with an airline or through another agency, that company holds your ticket and handles changes, cancellations and refunds on it. We can still price and book a new trip for you.
We are not an airline. Expedian Holidays does not own, operate or control flights. Every journey is carried out by the operating airline under its own conditions of carriage.
Prices move with live inventory. Airline pricing is dynamic, so a fare can change until a ticket is issued.
A service fee may apply. Where one applies it is part of the total you approve, and it is listed in our published fee schedule.
All charges are disclosed before payment. Nothing is added after you approve the total.
You can verify the booking with the airline. The record locator we give you is the airline's own and works on the airline's website.
We never ask for card details by email or text. Payment happens on a recorded call or on this site, nowhere else.
