Flight deals that hold up at checkout
Real flight deals come from airline sales, off-peak travel periods and flexible routing. Call with your route and a date range, and an advisor checks the lowest fares across those dates.
Where real deals come from
- Airline sales. Carriers release limited sale fares, usually for travel in quieter periods.
- Off-peak travel. The same seat costs less in the weeks demand drops.
- Flexible dates. Moving your trip by two or three days can change the price.
- Alternative routings. A connection or a different gateway city can cut the fare.
When fares are typically lower from the US
| Region | Typically lower-demand periods | Typically peak |
|---|---|---|
| US domestic | Mid-January to February; late August to mid-November (outside Thanksgiving) | Thanksgiving, Christmas to New Year, spring break, summer |
| Europe | November to March (outside holidays); shoulder months April, May, late September, October | June to August; Christmas |
| Mexico and Caribbean | Late April to early June; September to mid-November | Christmas to Easter |
| Asia | Varies by country; avoid Lunar New Year and Golden Week | Lunar New Year; summer |
These are general demand patterns, not prices. Only a live quote binds.
How we present deals
Every fare we quote includes taxes and carrier charges, in line with the US DOT full-fare advertising rule. We do not show reference prices or claim savings we cannot prove. If we cannot match a fare you have seen elsewhere, we will tell you.
