My flight was cancelled or badly delayed
If the airline cancelled your flight or moved it significantly and you do not want the alternative, you are entitled to a refund under US DOT rules. If you still want to travel, the airline must rebook you, and we can look for better alternatives. See Cancellation Support.
I need different dates or times
Your fare rules decide what is possible. Standard economy and higher fares on the largest US airlines usually have no change fee, but you pay any increase in fare. See Change or Rebook.
I have not received my e-ticket
Check your spam folder for an email from Expedian Holidays. Then look up the booking on the airline's website with the record locator. If the airline shows a ticket number, you are ticketed. If you have no record locator or the airline cannot find the booking, call us right away.
There is a charge on my card I do not recognise
Expedian Holidays bookings appear as . Some airlines and rental companies charge part of the cost directly, so you may also see a charge from them for bags, seats or counter items. Call us with the amount and date and we will match it to your booking.
My name is spelled wrong
Call as soon as you notice. Small spelling corrections are usually allowed. The name on the ticket must match the ID you fly with, and TSA checks this at security.
I need wheelchair assistance or a special meal
We add these requests to your reservation. Under the Air Carrier Access Act, airlines provide wheelchair assistance free of charge. Request it at least 48 hours before departure.
My bag was delayed or damaged
File a report with the airline before you leave the airport and keep the reference number. The airline handles baggage claims directly. Under the DOT refund rule, you can also get a refund of checked-bag fees if the bag is significantly delayed.
