In short

Use the search above for flights or cars, then call to have it priced. Every quote is the full amount with taxes included, and every fee is named before you pay.

Flights

Round trip, one way and open-jaw itineraries in economy, premium economy, business and first. The advisor compares fare families side by side and tells you what each includes for bags, seats and changes.

Car rental

We itemise the lines that decide what a rental really costs before you reserve: the base rate, airport concession fees, young-driver surcharges for drivers under 25, one-way drop fees, and the collision damage waiver and liability options at the counter. Anything optional is named as optional.

Groups and special cases

  • Ten or more travellers on the same flights usually go to the airline's group desk, which offers a single negotiated fare and more relaxed name deadlines
  • Lap infants under 2 travel on an adult's lap; on international flights they pay a reduced fare plus taxes
  • Unaccompanied minors are subject to each airline's age limits and service fee
  • Pets in cabin, medical equipment and wheelchair assistance are requested on the reservation at booking

Important information

Important information

This page covers Expedian Holidays bookings. If you booked directly with an airline or through another agency, that company holds your ticket and handles changes, cancellations and refunds on it. We can still price and book a new trip for you.
We are not an airline. Expedian Holidays does not own, operate or control flights. Every journey is carried out by the operating airline under its own conditions of carriage.
Prices move with live inventory. Airline pricing is dynamic, so a fare can change until a ticket is issued.
A service fee may apply. Where one applies it is part of the total you approve, and it is listed in our published fee schedule.
All charges are disclosed before payment. Nothing is added after you approve the total.
You can verify the booking with the airline. The record locator we give you is the airline's own and works on the airline's website.
We never ask for card details by email or text. Payment happens on a recorded call or on this site, nowhere else.
FAQ

New Booking: frequently asked questions

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. We need each traveller's name exactly as on their ID, date of birth and gender. If you are paying but not travelling, we may ask for a card authorisation.

Do you book hotels or tours?

No. We book flights and car rental. Keeping to two products lets us read and explain the rules properly.

Are prices in US dollars?

Yes. If a fare is filed in another currency, we quote the US dollar amount that will be charged and tell you if your card issuer may add a foreign transaction fee.

Sources and rules referenced: DOT full-fare advertising rule, 14 CFR 399.84; airline group booking policies; FAA guidance on lap infants.

Ready to book, or just have a question?

There is no charge to ask, and we will tell you when booking direct is cheaper.
